Confirmation: After claiming, you will be sent an email to confirm your claim and a phone call to confirm an appointment time (this may be the next morning if you are claiming an 11th Hour Saviour in the evening). You can also call us on 01252 726689.
Please note: A colour sensitivity test is required for all guests at least 48 hours in advance of their colour appointment. Your claim is only a request so please await confirmation of our appointment time. You may not be able to choose a particular team member. Notes, Terms & Conditions are shown at the bottom of this page.
How our 11th Hour Saviours work in 3 easy steps…
1. Review the Saviours
The table above shows the saviours. Click on the saviour to see more info.
2. Claim a Saviour
If you want to claim one of the saviours and take one of the available appointments click the saviour and you will be asked for your contact info. Please complete all fields.
3. Confirm your Saviour
You will get an email confirmation of your Claim (check your Spam box if not arrived in 10 minutes)
When the salon gets your information they will call you to book your appointment (please be advised this may be the next morning if you are claiming an 11th Hour Saviour at night). Or feel free to ring the salon when it opens to confirm your appointment.
Please note your claim is only a request and availability is not confirmed until the salon calls you or you call the salon. The saviours available and appointment times are limited – and you will not be able to choose a particular stylist.
